Tel Aviv-Yafo

Full-time

Copperhelm is building the next generation of cloud security, powered by agentic AI. Our platform deploys AI agents that investigate cloud infrastructure vulnerabilities with the depth and judgment of a senior security engineer, mapping downstream impact, filtering out false positives, and delivering prioritized, actionable remediation plans. We are a small, high-velocity team based in Tel Aviv solving one of cybersecurity's hardest problems: turning overwhelming volumes of cloud findings into clear, contextualized action.

About This Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to own high-impact features end-to-end across our platform. You will build the backend services and APIs that power our security product, as well as the dashboards and investigation workflows our customers interact with daily. This is a foundational hire. You will shape both the product and the engineering culture as we scale.

What You'll Do

  • Own features end-to-end: from architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration.

  • Design and extend backend services and APIs with NestJS, PostgreSQL, and Drizzle ORM.

  • Build data-dense frontend experiences using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS.

  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering to translate complex vulnerability data into intuitive, actionable workflows.

  • Help establish engineering best practices around testing, observability, CI/CD, and code quality as we grow the team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience building production web applications across the full stack.

  • Deep proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.

  • Strong backend fundamentals: API design, relational data modeling (PostgreSQL), and secure coding practices.

  • Solid frontend fundamentals: component-based architecture, state management, and performance optimization.

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in production environments.

  • Proven ability to take full ownership of projects, from planning through post-release iteration.

  • A team-player mindset: you communicate clearly, give and receive feedback well, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, vulnerability management, or cloud security tooling.

  • Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, or infrastructure-as-code workflows.

  • Exposure to workflow orchestration engines (Temporal.io) or event-driven architectures.

Why Copperhelm

  • Ground-floor opportunity at a funded startup tackling a massive, unsolved problem in cloud security.

  • Work at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity, two of the fastest-moving domains in tech.

  • High-ownership culture where your work directly shapes the product and the company.

  • Modern tech stack with room to influence tooling and architecture decisions.

  • Tel Aviv-based team with a bias for speed, quality, and shipping.
